At Tutaryds Mekaniska Verkstad, we offer a wide range of surface treatment services to meet various industrial needs and customer-specific requirements. Through our treatments, we can provide components and structures with enhanced corrosion protection, aesthetically pleasing finishes, and increased durability. We perform wet painting in our modern painting facility and, through our partners, offer treatments such as galvanizing, chemical nickel plating, anodizing, black oxidation, and much more—all customized to the customer’s specific requests.

Wet painting offers excellent rust protection and is ideal for complex surfaces and detailed components. Our painting process is adaptable to meet various design and functional requirements.

To ensure high durability and resistance to rust, we provide galvanizing and chemical nickel plating. Galvanizing offers effective corrosion protection and is a popular choice for components exposed to moisture and harsh environments. Chemical nickel plating also provides strong corrosion protection and creates a hard, smooth surface, which is particularly beneficial for components subject to wear.

Anodizing provides aluminum components with a hard, durable surface, with the option for color anodizing for aesthetic needs. Black oxidation is another option that offers a dark, decorative finish and some corrosion protection. These treatments are ideal for products where both appearance and functionality are critical, and we customize each process to deliver the desired results.
